The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be part of our Cornerstone Brands team, handling inbound customer calls and providing assistance with orders and accounts. You'll work remotely to drive sales, promote products, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your impact will be felt across the entire arenaflex family of brands, and you'll have the opportunity to advance and grow professionally.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries with a focus on problem-solving and de-escalation
- Provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment and offer additional products to customers on each interaction
- Assist customers with questions, personalize the experience for each caller, and confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data
- Work from home with a set schedule, including one weekend day and one weekday off
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor and work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives
What You Bring
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced virtual environment
- Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and resolving issues efficiently
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
- Ability to sit for long periods of time and troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed)
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or call center environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems and software
System Requirements
* Self-provided computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
- Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset)
- High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option)
- Webcam and ability to appear on camera for meetings and trainings

Compensation and Benefits
* Starting rate of $15.00/hour
- Shift differential available when applicable
