Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage front desk responsibilities and perform essential data entry tasks. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to office support. As a Data Entry Operator & Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately enter and proofread data with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer and manage multi-line phone systems, routing calls and correspondence to appropriate contacts
  • Greet and assist office visitors professionally, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Draft correspondence and schedule appointments, utilizing strong organizational and time management skills
  • Operate standard office equipment (fax, copier, phone systems) with ease and efficiency
  • Organize and file documents; manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Route calls and correspondence to appropriate contacts, maintaining confidentiality and discretion when necessary

Qualifications

* Proven experience in data entry and administrative support, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Clear and professional communication style, with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
