Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Caregiver Lead Coordinator to manage internal chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring timely and effective communication with our caregivers and clients. As a Caregiver Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing internal chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our caregivers and clients
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employment leads, caregiver availability, and client needs
  • Coordinating with caregivers and clients to ensure timely and effective communication and support
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and caregivers
  • Collaborating with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services
  • Identifying and resolving any issues or concerns related to employment leads, caregiver availability, or client needs

Key Responsibilities

* Manage internal chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring timely and effective communication with our caregivers and clients

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employment leads, caregiver availability, and client needs
  • Coordinate with caregivers and clients to ensure timely and effective communication and support
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and caregivers
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services
  • Identify and resolve any issues or concerns related to employment leads, caregiver availability, or client needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with caregivers and clients to ensure high-quality care and support services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in care and support services

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in care and support services, preferably in a lead or coordinator role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with caregivers and clients
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues and concerns
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

* Experience working with AidQuest or similar employment lead management systems

  • Knowledge of care and support services, including regulations and best practices
