Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with patients, members, and customers to discuss their healthcare needs, benefits, and in-home or virtual healthcare evaluations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging and educating patients and customers through outbound calls, ensuring they understand their healthcare options and benefits.
- Building meaningful rapport with customers, effectively explaining the healthcare program, and managing resistance by addressing concerns and highlighting benefits.
- Turning opportunities into wins by helping members set healthcare goals and guiding them toward meeting those goals through education and support.
- Identifying, researching, and resolving potential issues while providing exceptional customer service.
- Promoting healthcare benefits and addressing member concerns with empathy and senior sensitivity.
- Embracing the Service Plus Mindset, resolving customer concerns effectively, anticipating future needs, and delivering proactive support to enhance their experience.
- Achieving productivity targets while demonstrating a strong work ethic, motivation, and commitment to making every interaction a success.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Strong computer experience, including data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding.
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain, educate, and engage.
- Excellent demonstration of caring and compassion.
- Ability to provide 2 monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports.
Compensation & Benefits
