Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, your daily activities will include:

• Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and address their queries
• Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
• Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and tasks
• Maintaining quality control and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
• Participating in leadership development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

• Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
• Outstanding customer relation and communication skills to build strong relationships and resolve issues
• A positive attitude with great energy to drive results and exceed expectations
• The ability to interact effectively with people and groups at all levels
• Strong customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a similar industry
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues and management
• Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada

Preferred Qualifications:
