Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist and Office Administrator to join our Accounts Payable team in Pensacola, FL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the processing of construction invoices, executing daily procedures accurately and in a timely manner, and meeting deadlines. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual who is looking to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in the processing of construction invoices, which includes data entry, sorting, photocopying, and filing

  • Execute daily procedures accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with accounting policy
  • Meet deadlines and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Transfer information from paper to the computer, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounts Payable team as needed

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

  • 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role, preferably in a construction or related industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with invoice coding and processing

  • Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Familiarity with construction industry practices and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
