Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing systems to monitor workflow and load work to qualified technicians
  • Evaluating and reassigning work to available technicians as needed
  • Monitoring and regulating work volumes to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Communicating with technicians and other departmental employees to resolve force availability imbalances
  • Reading and analyzing exception service orders and repair tickets to dispatch to the appropriate technician based on company criteria
  • Ensuring that service orders and repair tickets are processed accurately
  • Acquiring skills through a combination of formal training and on-the-job experience
  • Serving as a lead and/or primary technical resource within the department or work area

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 3+ years of related experience in customer support or a similar field
  • Associate's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite applications
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of technical support principles and practices
  • Certification in customer support or a related field
