Job Summary

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch customer service and support to our valued customers. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling a high volume of customer interactions, resolving complex issues, and providing personalized solutions to meet our customers' needs. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to arenaflex customers, resolving complex issues and providing personalized solutions to meet their needs.

  • Handle a high volume of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and chats, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate and thorough customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and stay current on industry trends and best practices.

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of prior customer service experience, preferably in the energy or utility industry.

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience and seamless switching between applications and database platforms.
  • Strong knowledge indexing skills to efficiently locate and retrieve information.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail and excellent active listening skills.
  • Proficient data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

* Fluency in Spanish.

  • Experience working in a contact center or call center environment.
  • Knowledge of energy industry products and services.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Starting wage: $24.25 per hour.
