Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Associate - Customer Service Expert, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling transactions accurately and efficiently, and creating a welcoming environment for our customers. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your ability to provide a positive experience will set the tone for their entire visit. Key Responsibilities

* Greet every customer with eye contact and a smile, acknowledging their presence and making them feel welcome

  • Complete transactions accurately and efficiently, engaging customers in conversation and providing a personalized experience
  • Help customers with returns and exchanges, following proper procedures and apologizing for any inconvenience
  • Stay calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers, thinking quickly on your feet to resolve issues
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Retail experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
  • Excellent communication skills and a welcoming attitude towards customers and team members
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work with cash handling systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease

Preferred Qualifications

* Cash handling experience preferred

  • Retail experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to cross-train and work in other areas of the store as needed
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
