Job Summary

As a Virtual Inbound Sales (Chat) Representative, you'll play a critical role in promoting and selling arenaflex products and services to customers via chat and phone. You'll use a consultative sales approach to ensure our customers receive the best value, and you'll work closely with your supervisor to achieve individual results. This is a dynamic and highly competitive environment, and we're looking for someone who can thrive in it.

Key Responsibilities

* Achieve or exceed sales targets while interacting with customers via chat and/or phone selling arenaflex products and services.

  • Demonstrate consultative sales techniques by using lifestyle discovery questions, clarifying needs, overcoming objections, and providing solutions that fit the needs of the customer.
  • Develop knowledge of the digital buy flow process to appropriately assist and guide customers with order completion or to complete the order on their behalf.
  • Personalize interactions and describe product experiences to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Apply effective writing skills while engaging with customers through chat to provide responsive and on-demand engagement. Apply effective oral communication skills with phone interactions to provide responsive and on-demand engagement.
  • Multi-task between simultaneous chats with an attention to detail and high-degree of accuracy.
  • Exhibit professionalism and integrity with a warm and friendly demeanor to customers and teammates.
  • Exercise sound judgment and act in the best interest of both the customer and company.
  • Maintain expected performance levels in a dynamic and highly competitive environment.
  • Act as a team player committed to growth and development.
  • Consistently strive to follow critical sales process flow as allowed by the customer to ensure a complete sales experience and provide a great customer experience.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using technology, including computers, software, and communication tools
  • Ability to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Experience with digital buy flow processes
