Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. We cover all the training, testing fees, and state licensing requirements to help you launch your insurance career. You'll have the opportunity to work with a leading insurance provider, without the need for cold calling.

What We're Looking For

* Must reside in Texas: We're looking for candidates who are based in Texas and can commit to working from home.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required: We're looking for candidates with a strong educational background.
• Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience: While experience is preferred, we're happy to train the right candidate.
• Must have open availability during operating hours: We're a 24/7 operation, and we need candidates who can commit to working flexible hours.
• Professional customer service aptitude is essential: We're looking for candidates with a strong customer service background and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

Home Setup Requirements

* Provided Equipment: arenaflex will ship necessary equipment, including a headset, after you pass your state exam.

• Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection is required.
• Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production.
• Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets). Cell phones are not permitted for college of insurance training.
