About the Role
As a Defined Contributions Customer Solutions Specialist (Licensed), you will play a critical role in delivering innovative solutions for our Wealth Customer Care group. Your instrumental contributions will drive results for our clients, and you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. You will be responsible for managing incoming calls, providing financial advice, and guiding clients on plan distributions, loans, investment choices, and specific plan rules.
Responsibilities
* Manage incoming calls, providing financial advice and guidance to clients on defined contribution and/or defined retirement plans
- Offer expert advice on plan distributions, loans, investment choices, and specific plan rules
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in defined contribution and retirement planning
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
* US citizenship or residency
- Industry experience in defined contribution or plans
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 credential
- Possessing additional qualifications such as Series 63/65/66 is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

Salary Pay Range
* Minimum: $39,600.00
- Maximum: $73,600.00
