Job Summary

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide product information in a collaborative and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
