Position Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
• Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
• Helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience
• Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our extensive range of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
• Answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently to provide legendary service to our customers

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide exceptional service to our customers
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency in both verbal and written forms

Expected Salary

The expected salary for this role is $23-$28 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential.
