Job Responsibilities

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
• Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide exceptional service
• Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering systems
• Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements
