Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately processing high volumes of invoice and financial data (~75 invoices totaling $4M): Ensure the timely and accurate processing of financial data, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
• Maintaining clean and compliant Excel logs using pivot tables, formulas, and VLOOKUP: Utilize advanced Excel skills to create and maintain accurate and compliant logs, ensuring seamless data analysis and reporting.
• Executing year-end accruals, special project data entries (~750 invoices), and coding adjustments: Collaborate with the team to execute critical data entry tasks, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
• Identifying data discrepancies and resolving through vendor or team communication: Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies, maintaining strong relationships with vendors and team members.

Requirements

To succeed as a Senior Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will need:

• 8+ years of data entry, AP, or accounting experience (or bachelor's in business-related field): Leverage your extensive experience in data entry, accounting, or a related field to drive success in this role.
• High proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables required): Demonstrate advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables, to create and maintain accurate and compliant logs.
• Experience with Oracle is preferred: Familiarity with Oracle systems is an asset, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication: Possess excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities to ensure seamless collaboration with the team and vendors.
