Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hoschton, GA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. You will communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering. You will also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Minimum Requirements
