Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in San Mateo, CA. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing your excellent communication skills to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with ease and efficiency
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
  • Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, while maintaining a customer-focused approach
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
  • Upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and provide a seamless experience
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional service

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring positive customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in a call center or customer support environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
