Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, and helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. With a focus on providing legendary service, you'll become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
Essential Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
