Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Inbound Representative, you'll play a critical role in promoting and selling arenaflex's products and services to new and existing customers. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining positive business and customer relationships, handling customer issues and complaints, and meeting sales targets on time. Key Responsibilities

* Promote and sell arenaflex's products and services to new and existing customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.

  • Build and maintain positive business and customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet sales targets on time by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
  • Work with team members and other departments to support sales efforts, share best practices, and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, sales techniques, and virtual communication tools through comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a remote sales environment or working from home.

  • Certification in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Experience working with a diverse range of customers, including business-to-business and business-to-consumer.
