Responsibilities

As a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Servicing a book of existing accounts, including personal lines (home, auto, umbrella, etc.) and commercial lines (construction, trucking, etc.), proposals, renewals, endorsements, issuing ID cards, certificates of insurance, claims management, quoting, and setting up client portals.
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborating with Account Managers to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
• Supporting the Account Managers in their daily activities, including data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks.
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and product updates to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
• Experience in commercial lines or personal lines, preferably in an insurance agency setting.
• Proficiency in EPIC Agency Management System, or willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will enjoy:
