Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and deliver exceptional experiences. You'll work collaboratively with our team to process customer orders, navigate complex product and pricing information, and provide solutions that meet our customers' needs. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and deliver exceptional experiences
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
- Collaborate with our team to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

* Our Reno Branch is located at 8800 Military Road, Reno, NV 89506, with onsite shift hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM
