Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders, navigating complex product information, and providing solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, including pricing, shipping, and product information
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

• Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
• Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
