Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team in Buffalo, NY. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for assisting clients with their insurance needs, providing personalized coverage options, and delivering a seamless client experience. This is a remote position that requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service and Sales Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and Zoom, providing timely and effective solutions to their insurance needs
• Educating clients on insurance options that meet their needs, taking the time to understand their goals and objectives
• Providing support throughout the application process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for our clients
• Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and coverage understanding, building strong relationships and trust
• Tracking all communication and sales activity using CRM tools, staying organized and focused on key performance indicators
• Meeting individual performance and client satisfaction goals, consistently delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• To be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Professional, empathetic, and reliable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with technology and in a remote setting, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days), with a strong understanding of insurance products and services

Expected Salary

The expected salary for this role is $55,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

This role is based in Buffalo, NY, with remote work options available.
