Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional service
- Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
- Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services
- Answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Location
This role is based in Buford, GA, with various on-site shifts available. You'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with access to a range of amenities and services.
Compensation
The salary for this role is $25-$27 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential. You'll also have access to multiple bonus programs and benefits to recognize your hard work and contributions.
