Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Inbound Agent, you'll play a critical role in promoting and selling our products and services to new and existing customers. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining positive business and customer relationships, handling customer issues and complaints, and meeting sales targets on time. Key Responsibilities

* Promote and sell products/services to new and existing customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

  • Build and maintain positive business and customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Handle customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet sales targets on time by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling existing customers.
  • Work with team members and other departments to support sales efforts and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and virtual communication tools to provide the best possible service to customers.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets on time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM software a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a remote sales or customer service role.

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn.
  • Certification in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Experience working with virtual communication tools, such as Zoom or Skype.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages.
