Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent Bilingual, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer concerns, escalate issues when necessary, and strive for first call resolution. Your strong technical background, bilingual skills, and ability to multi-task in several systems at once will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers, resolving their concerns and escalating issues when necessary
- Work diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalate to appropriate level when necessary
- Convey information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately in order to meet the needs of the customer
- Strive for first call resolution in order to provide "best in class" service
- Stay current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met, including Schedule Adherence, Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, Average Talk Time, Average Handle Time, and Average Speed of Answer
- Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide innovative solutions
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
- Property/Casualty Insurance License desired (if not licensed, must obtain license within 90 days of employment)
- Bilingual: Fluent in English/Spanish Required
- 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired; Customer Service experience required
- Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
- Remote working experience a plus
- Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
- US Work Authorization required; arenaflex does not provide visa sponsorship for this position, now or in the future

Compensation and Benefits
* Starting pay ranges from $20 - $23.00/hour based on the candidate's experience, education
