The Role

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent Bilingual, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their insurance needs are met. You will be responsible for delivering a quality customer service experience that builds rapport and long-term relationships, encouraging renewal and repeat business. This role requires a strong understanding of insurance products and services, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers, responding to their insurance-related inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Work diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalate to the appropriate level when necessary.
  • Convey information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately to meet the needs of the customer.
  • Strive for first call resolution to provide "best in class" service.
  • Stay current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met, including Schedule Adherence, Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, Average Talk Time, Average Handle Time, and Average Speed of Answer.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills in insurance products and services.

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!

  • Property/Casualty Insurance License desired (if not licensed, must obtain license within 90 days of employment).
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English/Spanish Required.
  • 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired. Customer Service experience required.
  • Demonstrated job stability and attendance records.
  • Remote working experience a plus.
  • Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills.
  • US Work Authorization required. arenaflex does not provide visa sponsorship for this position, now or in the future.

* Experience working in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Dedicated to providing a positive customer experience.
  • Strong technical background/ability to multi-task in several systems at once.
  • Willingness to learn new material and systems/applications.
  • Accountable and reliable.

* Competitive hourly rate: $20 - $23 per hour, based on experience and education.

  • Hybrid working schedule: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
