Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Solar and Home Improvement Loans, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to customers seeking assistance with their solar and home improvement loans. Your primary duties will include:

  • Promptly answering all incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner, determining the nature of the caller's request
  • Providing outstanding service by answering questions and assisting with a wide range of support related to their solar system or loan application
  • Assisting customers with payment and billing questions
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal departments as needed
  • Following up on customer interactions
  • Performing customer identity verifications
  • Documenting customer interactions with concise and detailed account notes
  • Adhering to all arenaflex policies and procedures
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues related to solar and home improvement loans

  • Assist customers with payment and billing questions, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments as needed to resolve customer issues
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
  • Perform customer identity verifications to ensure security and compliance
  • Document customer interactions with concise and detailed account notes
  • Adhere to all arenaflex policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and quality service

Minimum Knowledge and Skills Required

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

  • At least six months recent call center experience required
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Ability to multi-task while providing accurate, efficient, and exceptional service
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Experience with CRM required (salesforce preferred)
  • Analytical and data-driven
  • Ability to work well independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with solar and home improvement loans

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote work environment
