Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, navigating our website and online ordering system, and becoming a product and solutions expert. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless experience
- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options to provide quick and confident answers to customer questions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using technology
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
