As a Customer Service Representative II, you'll be part of a virtual team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our clients, Operations, and Vendors to provide timely and effective support, resolving issues and finding solutions that exceed our clients' expectations. Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to inquiries and develop positive working relationships with clients, Operations, and Vendors
- Research, resolve, and respond to customer and log service issues within specified time periods
- Maintain and actively communicate current knowledge of the state of various travel industries supported (air, car, hotel, etc.)
- Use industry and system knowledge to find the root cause of an issue, explore, and find alternatives to advise/educate the customer
About You
* Extensive knowledge within the corporate travel industry
- Proficiency in GDS Amadeus
- Experience with online support – online booking tools (navigation, technical troubleshooting). I.e Concur
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Understanding of ARC rules and regulations
- Displays a positive customer service attitude
- Hours of operation: 7am-7pm CT

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Customer Service Representative II is between $47,000 and $57,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience.
