Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide product and solutions expertise to our customers. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate and timely information to customers
- Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, marketing)
- Fluency in multiple languages (e.g. Spanish, Mandarin, French)

Work Environment
* Onsite shift hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM

Compensation
