Key Responsibilities:

As an Entry Level Customer Services Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming calls, assisting patients with inquiries, and scheduling appointments using healthcare systems
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to patient concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate message recording and timely communication with the appropriate team
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating patient information in our healthcare systems
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service and healthcare

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-3 years of related experience in customer service, preferably in a hospital setting or healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
  • Experience with inbound and outbound call center operations, including handling high-volume calls and resolving complex issues
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in healthcare systems and software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
