Job Description
As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for engaging directly with 5-7 customers to configure and implement our AI solution according to functional and performance requirements. You will drive user happiness by being in-charge of deployment at some of our key clients, develop and maintain good relationships with clients, and ensure a high degree of client satisfaction to assure exceptional results with regular visits.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain good relationships with clients and ensure a high degree of client satisfaction to assure exceptional results with regular visits.
- Based on requirements, develop solution concepts and system architectures together in coordination with the engineering team.
- Collaborate with the product owners, business users, and technical team to design and implement solutions.
- Work closely with client's technical team to understand requirements and draft solution proposals integrate with customers' existing systems.
Work Location and Travel Requirements
The work location is remote, but candidates must be located in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, New York, West Virginia, Tennessee, or Arkansas. A passport is a must-have given frequent travel to clients in the USA, Brazil, and Columbia.
Required Skills, Competencies & Experience:
* 4+ years of SaaS CSM experience (firm requirement)
- Managing a BoB of $2-$3+ MM and some past experience in cross-sell and up-sell
- Previous experience in Manufacturing or Industrial sectors is a huge plus
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and objectives, and tailor our platform solutions to align with their goals
- Be open to share, communicate, and discuss with colleagues and demonstrate open tolerance to recommendations and to learn and implement solutions as a team
- Ability to develop Healthy Customer Relationships, enhance customer training, and product usability
- Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence

Expected Salary and Benefits
The expected salary for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 per year. arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
