Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent, you'll be responsible for delivering quality service and insurance recommendations to our customers. This is a combined service and sales role, with the expectation that sales vs. service responsibilities will be split based on business needs. All sales leads are provided, and there is no outbound cold calling. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Working diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalating to the appropriate level when necessary
• Conveying information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately to meet the needs of the customer
• Striving for first call resolution to provide "best in class" service
• Staying current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met, including Schedule Adherence, Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, Average Talk Time, Average Handle Time, and Average Speed of Answer

• Communicate clearly and professionally over the phone
• Strong technical background/ability to multi-task in several systems at once
• Willingness to learn new material and systems/applications
• Accountable and reliable

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• Property/Casualty Insurance License required
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
• 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired; customer service experience required
• Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
• Remote working experience a plus
• Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
• US Work Authorization required; arenaflex does not provide visa sponsorship for this position, now or in the future

Compensation

The starting pay for this role ranges from $20 - $21.50/hour, based on the candidate's experience, education, and other factors. In addition to regular hourly pay, there is an annual Performance Bonus Potential.

Work Location

This position is either Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days at home) if you live near the arenaflex office location or 100% work from home if outside of the office location.
