The Role

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales growth through strategic recommendations. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer concerns, provide product information, and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services. This is a combined service and sales role, with a focus on delivering quality service and insurance recommendations to current and prospective customers.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate to appropriate level when necessary
  • Convey information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately to meet customer needs
  • Strive for first call resolution to provide "best in class" service
  • Stay current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through strategic recommendations and upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications

* Property/Casualty Insurance License required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
  • 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired; customer service experience required
  • Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
  • Remote working experience a plus
  • Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
  • US Work Authorization required; arenaflex does not provide visa sponsorship for this position
