Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent

This is a combined service and sales role with the expectation that sales vs. service responsibilities will be split based on business needs. All sales leads are provided, and there is no outbound cold calling.

Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering quality service and insurance recommendations to current and prospective customers
• Working diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalating to the appropriate level when necessary
• Conveying information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately to meet the needs of customers
• Striving for first call resolution to provide "best in class" service
• Staying current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met, including Schedule Adherence, Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, Average Talk Time, Average Handle Time, and Average Speed of Answer

Qualifications/Skill Sets

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A strong background in insurance, with a Property/Casualty Insurance License required
• A high school diploma or equivalent, with some college a plus
• 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience, with customer service experience required
• Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
• Remote working experience a plus
• Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
• US Work Authorization required; arenaflex does not provide visa sponsorship for this position, now or in the future

Requirements

Compensation and Benefits

* Starting pay ranges from $20 - $21.50/hour based on the candidate's experience, education

• Hours of M-F and some weekends and holidays
• In addition to regular hourly pay, there is an annual Performance Bonus Potential
