Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent, you will play a critical role in delivering quality service and insurance recommendations to current and prospective arenaflex customers. This is a combined service and sales role with the expectation that sales vs. service responsibilities will be split based on business needs. All sales leads are provided, and there is no outbound cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalate to appropriate level when necessary
- Convey information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately in order to meet the needs of the customer
- Strive for first call resolution in order to provide "best in class" service
- Stay current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met, including Schedule Adherence, Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, Average Talk Time, Average Handle Time, and Average Speed of Answer
Qualifications/Skill Sets:
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Dedicated to providing a positive customer experience
- Communicate clearly and professionally over the phone
- Strong technical background/ability to multi-task in several systems at once
- Willingness to learn new material and systems/applications
- Accountable and reliable
Requirements:
* Property/Casualty Insurance License required
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
- 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired. Customer Service experience required
- Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
- Remote working experience a plus
- Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
- US Work Authorization required. arenaflex does not provide visa sponsorship for this position, now or in the future
Work Environment and Culture:
* This position is either Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days at home) if one lives near arenaflex office location or 100% work from home if outside of arenaflex office location
- In addition to regular hourly pay, there is an annual Performance Bonus Potential
Compensation:
* Starting pay ranges from $20 - $21.50/hour based on the candidate's experience, education
- Hours of M-F and some weekends and holidays
