Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Insurance Sales & Service

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and insurance recommendations to our current and prospective customers. This is a combined service and sales role, with the expectation that sales vs. service responsibilities will be split based on business needs.

Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering quality service and insurance recommendations to current and prospective customers
• Working diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalating to the appropriate level when necessary
• Conveying information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately to meet the needs of the customer
• Striving for first call resolution to provide "best in class" service
• Staying current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met, including Schedule Adherence, Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, Average Talk Time, Average Handle Time, and Average Speed of Answer

• Dedicated to providing a positive customer experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task in several systems at once
• Willingness to learn new material and systems/applications
• Accountable and reliable
• Property/Casualty Insurance License required
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
• 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired; customer service experience required
• Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
• Remote working experience a plus
• Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills

Compensation & Benefits

* Starting pay ranges from $20 - $21.50/hour based on the candidate's experience, education

• Hours of M-F and some weekends and holidays
• This position is either Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days at home) if one lives near arenaflex office location or 100% work from home if outside of arenaflex office location
• In addition to regular hourly pay, there is an annual Performance Bonus Potential
