Job Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat to provide world-class service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using cutting-edge technology
- Communicating with customers in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing
- Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
Minimum Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency in both verbal and written forms

Compensation and Location
This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $25-$28 per hour, with opportunities for growth and earning potential. Our Commerce, GA branch is located at 705 Braselton Industrial Blvd, Braselton, GA 30517.
