Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, providing insurance recommendations, and building strong relationships with our clients. You'll work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Build strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized service and support
  • Provide insurance recommendations to our customers, based on their needs and preferences
  • Work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and share your knowledge and expertise with our customers and colleagues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution, average handle time, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A strong background in insurance, with a focus on property and casualty (P&C) insurance
  • A valid P&C insurance license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • A strong commitment to customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support to our customers
  • A strong understanding of industry trends and developments, with the ability to share your knowledge and expertise with our customers and colleagues
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with some college or university education preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, with a focus on insurance

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support to customers
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to work in multiple systems and applications
  • A strong understanding of industry trends and developments, with the ability to share your knowledge and expertise with our customers and colleagues
  • A strong commitment to employee development and growth, with a focus on building skills and expertise in areas such as customer service, sales, and insurance
