Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing legendary service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, helping customers navigate our website and online ordering process, and providing expert advice on our products and solutions. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering process
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
