Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Reno, NV. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also have the opportunity to become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
• Become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

• Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
