Job Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide product information
- Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience in a call center or customer-facing role
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
