Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Solutions Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support and technical assistance to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. This is a hybrid position that requires both remote work and occasional in-office presence, as well as visits to clients to ensure their satisfaction and needs are met. Key Responsibilities
* Work directly with customers over phone, chat, and videoconference to troubleshoot software issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Categorize each support interaction with the corresponding inquiry, ensuring that customer issues are accurately documented and addressed.
- Create cases for issues and update customers on the cases' outcome, providing clear and concise communication throughout the resolution process.
- Report arenaflex's issues with phone implementation and third-party integrations, helping us to identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Be in charge of the support resolution time by solving issues or following up with the corresponding stakeholder, ensuring that customer satisfaction is met.
- Escalate issues that cannot be resolved within the expected resolution time, working closely with internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct regular client visits to ensure their needs and expectations are met, providing personalized support and guidance.
- Contribute to a library of written and recorded support content and resources, helping to educate and empower our customers.
Requirements
* Past experience in a customer service, tech support, or related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Past experience using remote access software like TeamViewer or AnyDesk, with a strong understanding of technical troubleshooting and support.
- Past experience using a CRM like Salesforce, with a solid understanding of customer relationship management and data analysis.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and resolution.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment, with a strong understanding of virtual communication and collaboration tools.
- Experience working with arenaflex's platform and services, with a solid understanding of our products and solutions.
- Certification in customer service, technical support, or a related field, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
- Experience working with diverse customer bases, with a strong understanding of cultural and linguistic differences.
