Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. You'll be the face of our company, providing world-class service and support to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide product and solutions expertise. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
- Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
- Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
