Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and sales team in achieving their goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional service to customers in our office, over the telephone, and by email
• Identifying customer requirements and recommending services and products that meet their needs
• Communicating with customers about our products, services, and capabilities, showcasing expertise and building trust
• Ensuring that all customer requirements are met for their unique projects

• Show expertise by communicating with the customer about our products, services, and capabilities
• Ensure that all their requirements are met for their unique projects
• Collaborate with the sales team to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and transactions

Skills and Qualifications

* A positive, very detailed-oriented people pleaser with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

• A willingness to be proactive and take action to resolve customer issues and meet their needs
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
• A team player with the ability to work collaboratively with others to deliver projects on time and to a high standard

Desirable Skills

* Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) customer service

• Printing and signage experience, including knowledge of direct mail and automated marketing
• Familiarity with PrintSmith POS software
• Understanding of marketing principles and strategies
