Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving issues, and delivering a world-class experience. Key Responsibilities

* Enhance and strengthen relationships between customers and clients

  • Respond to customer requests via telephone, email, or chat
  • Research and respond to customer inquiries, discussing options and procedures
  • Assist with site access and refer requests to appropriate areas
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Skills and Experience

* 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment (previous experience will be considered)

  • Intermediate computer literacy and proficiency
  • Ability to multitask and operate multiple screens while speaking with customers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous call center experience

  • Ability to learn quickly and obtain functional knowledge of company products
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Professional and engaging phone voice and superior telephone etiquette
  • Excellent active listening skills and ability to articulate clearly to customers
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently from home
  • Flexibility to work various shifts within hours of operation

Technical Skills

* Strong knowledge of troubleshooting for different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox), clearing cookies and cache, screenshots, etc.

  • Experience accessing and navigating up to 10 electronic systems to provide complete responses
  • Ability to work with multiple software applications and systems
