Job Summary

As an Experienced Store Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining the high standards of our retail stores. You'll work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions, and recommend the right solutions. You'll also be responsible for processing sales transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that our stores are well-stocked and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with customers

• Determine customer needs and recommend the right solutions to meet those needs
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Ensure that our stores are well-stocked and visually appealing at all times
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure that our stores remain competitive

Essential Qualifications

* Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
• Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation

Preferred Qualifications

* Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License

• Have at least a High School diploma or GED
• Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
• Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
• Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that includes:

• A salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
