Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders, answering product and pricing questions, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide exceptional service
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
- Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
- Familiarity with online ordering systems and e-commerce platforms
